I voted for Wyoming back in the early days of the FSP.  I wish FSP well and considered moving to NH a few years ago, but I'm a westerner and Wyoming is a better fit.  We're currently in Nevada, which we enjoy, but Wyoming has always been on my mind over this past decade.  I'm seriously giving it consideration again.  I'm somewhat familiar with the SW Wyoming area, but it's a big state and I don't rush into decisions.  My husband and I have got a lot of recon to do, but we're looking forward to it.
